We're back! Oh, and the GIVEAWAY!

It's been one LONG week... as my mom would say, "busy as all get-out". With all the meetings, running around, and afternoon and evening events focused on an annual work-related summit, I was exhausted beyond belief. But after 8 hours of catching up on some much needed Z's last night, I'm we'll rested, and ready for the weekend!

So what's on the docket for the weekend? For those of you who are new CCB readers, or weren't around when we got our adorable (now almost 8 month old) puppy, Darla, back in April - we have a dog. A melting pot, red-furred, quite the character, pup. So this weekend, and because the event is only 3 miles from our house, we're DEFINITELY attending DogFest 2009 tomorrow. (Rain date is Sunday). Probably the main reason I can't wait for the weekend. (And because she's got a totally cute brown with pink-polka-dots collar and leash we just have to show off...)

Also, In case some of you had forgotten (ha, yea right! Forgotten as in checking CCB every minute on the hour for the official announcement...) we have a great giveaway to, well, actually give away today! Yep, today's October 9th (in case some of you had mixed up the days like I have been doing for the past week). To recap, Love Life Images was kind enough to congratulate Charm City Bride on the 10,000 pageviews by letting us give away a totally free portrait session!! (Can you still hear the excitement in my voice?!)
